Free Online Yoga Classes

Fridays at 1 pm

Roll out your mat, put your comfy clothes on and come explore yoga asana and philosophy. This class is specifically for people who are aging and want to expand their movement spectrum, sensory awareness and improve biomechanics of functional movements. 

A background in yoga is not required, but low fall risk and safety is very important. If you are uncertain if you would be appropriate for this class, please contact Trina at: brainsandbells@gmail.com
