Lisa Palma, NASM Certified Trainer, PWR! Moves Instructor

I have always enjoyed moving my body. Whether it be through dance, yoga, hiking, climbing or outdoor adventuring. As we age it becomes even more important to stay active. Currently, it is the most effective medicine we have to address the aging process. This inspired me to pursue a career as a personal trainer and movement specialist. I am passionate about integrating my knowledge of meditation, movement and wellness to support you in reaching your fitness goals. I am a certified professional trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified instructor for Parkinson's Wellness Recovery PWR! Exercise for Brain Change.

Dr. Trina Mann, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Yoga Practitioner

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in movement as a way to make meaning in my life. I have pursued an undergrad in exercise science and graduate studies in Physical Therapy. I practiced in orthopedics for many years, but when I happened to take a course on PD back in 2012 to assist a client I was working with at the time- I felt like I opened up a whole new chapter in my practice. I most enjoy working with adults as they navigate the aging process- and using both orthopedic and neurologic concepts, as well as western medicine and eastern wisdom.

It is my honor to be a resource in the community and I hope to help everyone discover joy through movement.

In addition to having my doctorate in physical therapy (my clinical speciality is in orthopedics) I am also a 200hour R-yoga teacher, and I am LSVT Big and PWR! certified.
